Samuel Davies

Samuel is responsible for the identification of funding opportunities for Members of the Global Fellowship. He identifies funding opportunities amongst transnational or global institutions, multilateral organisations, trusts, foundations, and corporations. He develops networks with internal and external partners and donors as well as supporting Members in analysing and developing applications and consortium bids.

He joined the mission in early 2019 after working primarily in Africa and Asia for the past 8 years. He has an irrational love of animals and in 2014 he set up and has since been running a charity in Nepal that rescues, treats, vaccinates, and sterilises stray dogs and cats. He studied Infectious Disease as a speciality at medical school.
