Pierina Dsouza

Pierina is responsible for championing learning and the application of what we’ve learnt across the Global Fellowship, in line with our Christian identity, our values, and our strategic priorities. This includes monitoring key performance indicators of the organisation and reporting on our progress towards the Global Strategic Plan. She works collaboratively across the organisation to enhance and improve understanding of the impact of our work, as well as producing policy, technical, and learning documents.

Pierina grew up in India and moved to the UK in 2005, she comes with a great wealth of experience in conducting research and evaluations of various projects, campaigns, and therapeutic programmes for vulnerable children and people in need, both in the UK and India. Pierina has undertaken training in Qualitative methodology and Project management and has training in counselling. She worked for 7 years at the NSPCC as an Evaluation Officer, monitoring and reporting on organisational performance and assisting in the design of monitoring tools, data collection and data analysis. She is a warm, caring and approachable person.

Pierina is a committed Christian and part of St Paul’s Church in London. She loves cooking large Indian meals for friends and family and meeting people from different countries.
