Pete Garratt

Pete brings nearly 30 years of experience serving in a programmes and operational leadership positions across a variety of faith and non-faith based internationally focused organisations, including the British Red Cross, CAFOD, and Street Child. Prior to this, he started his career in the financial services private sector. He is previously known to The Leprosy Mission through six years as Head of Operations Support and has most recently been the Director of Global Programmes at Hope and Homes for Children.

Pete's role is to provide leadership for the Global Fellowship, the International Office team, and Members who do not have a governing body. He also represents TLM externally at the various organisations we partner with, including ILEP, the Leprosy Research Initiative, the Global Partnership for Zero Leprosy, and the World Health Organization. 

He reports to the Global Fellowship Board Chair and travels frequently to attend various meetings and visit Global Fellowship Members.
