Emmanuel Olarewaju

Emmanuel has experience delivering technology, data, and operational improvement initiatives across facilities management, engineering, research, and commercial environments. He has led and supported projects involving project lifecycle management systems, reporting processes, workflow optimisation, governance, and digital transformation initiatives.

Prior to joining The Leprosy Mission, Emmanuel worked across project management, data analytics, and operational delivery roles, supporting cross-functional teams with stakeholder engagement, reporting, process improvement, and system implementation. He has also worked on CAPEX projects within engineering and operational environments, helping coordinate delivery activities, project controls, and implementation processes across multiple stakeholders.

His background combines project delivery with data and operational management, with a strong focus on improving efficiency, data quality, visibility, and decision-making through structured and practical approaches. Emmanuel hold an MSc in Data Science alongside project management certifications including PRINCE2.

Within the e-PCM initiative, his role is to support the coordination, development, and delivery of a system that strengthens project management, reporting, learning, and operational visibility across the Global Fellowship.
