We are now looking for a Programme Advisor to join us for a nine month, fixed-term contract, working part-time hours (0.8 FTE).
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented international development professional with expertise in advisory or capacity-building support to enable our global organisation.
You’ll be taking on an engaging contract, ensuring the continuation of vital work and support for our overall mission.

What you’ll do:
✔Provide advisory and practical support to Members on programme and strategy development, implementation, monitoring ,and reporting (45%)
✔Support learning and capacity-building activities across Members (10%)
✔Contribute to organisational development and country strategy reviews (20%)
✔Facilitate collaboration and communication within the Global Fellowship (10%)
✔Contribute to internal team learning and operational priorities (15%)
What you bring:
✅ Educated to degree level in international development, social sciences, public health, or a related field
✅ At least 3 years’ experience supporting or managing development programmes, preferably in Asia or Africa
✅ Experience of providing advisory or capacity-building support to partners or country teams.
✅ Understanding Experience of project cycle management, monitoring and evaluation, and donor reporting
✅ Strong organisational, analytical, and writing skills
✅ Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
✅ Competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Desirable
✔Experience working within a faith-based or international NGO
✔Familiarity with institutional donor processes (e.g., UK Aid, EU, or other government funding)
✔Working knowledge of another language relevant to TLM’s operations (e.g., French or Portuguese)
