The Leprosy Mission International is governed by sixteen board members from twelve countries. They include representatives from Field Countries, National Councils and people affected by leprosy. The board oversees the international General Director, approves strategic plans and budgets and determines international policy.
The Board ensures proper audit functions and compliance in legal, statutory and ethical matters. They are supported by the International Directorate made up of nine Directors.

How we are Funded
TLM’s work is funded through the tremendous work of National Councils in support countries who raise funds for the work. Donations come from a wide variety of sources such as individual and private donors, businesses, Church and community organizations, trusts, government grants and legacies. Additional income comes from partner organizations and TLM Trading Ltd initiatives.
